Chas visits NYC

My hard drive recently crashed so I have not posted recently.
I  got a roll a film back this past week from a visit and race.
My friend Chas came into town from SF for the Red Hook crit recently so we checked out some shops and got our bikes ready for the race.
Chas brought the MASH Histogram frame out with him to race, here he is building it up in my workspace. Chas is part owner of TCB messenger service in SF and also rides for MASH http://mashsf.com/
If you need anything delivered in SF or have a restaurant and need a food delivery service hit him up here! http://www.tcbcourier.com/

We rolled around the East Village and checked out a couple of shops. This is a broken Campy box at Continuum Cycles.
We stopped in Tompkins square park for a quick portrait.

We ran into Simon at Chari and co. on the way back, he has been working on this build for a while! Full 75 group and panto'd Zunow chainring?! Oh yeah.

Then we hit the bridge to check out some shops in Brooklyn.

We stopped by affinity Cycles and saw that there counter had been bombed.
After many beers and ciders were had with race day approaching we grabbed some sleep.
Here is Jason from Affinity on race day warming up.
Here are the top 3 of the race, Dan Chabs won a 1,000 bucks in all ones. Doesn't look like he minded much.

Congrats to all the racers and thanks to Chas for the good times, see ya at the end of the month in SF!
